What happens if my fingerprints are rejected?
If your fingerprints are rejected because of poor quality and you received TCR number, you must call ALL4TO LLC for more INFO.

Unfortunately, some applicants have fingerprints that are difficult to capture, this could be due to working with chemicals or wear. The Washington State Patrol (WSP) must determine that the fingerprints are the best quality. If WSP determines the fingerprints are not the best quality, the applicant will need to be printed again.

Once the WSP accepts the fingerprints, they will send them to the FBI for processing. The FBI will then determine whether the fingerprints are the best quality. If the FBI rejects the prints, the applicant will need to be printed one more time. If the FBI rejects them a second time, BCCU will request a National Name Date of Birth check from the FBI and the fingerprint process will be completed.

To view WSP and FBI fingerprint process, please refer to our flowchart.

What is the ORI # (Originating Agency Identifier)?

The ORI# is provided by FDLE (Florida Department of Law Enforcement) and identifies the agency that is requesting and will receive the results of the Level 2 background check. i.e. Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), Department of Health (DOH), Department of Children and Families (DCF) , Division of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). FDLE will NOT process a background check request without an ORI#. It is critical to have the correct, current ORI# assigned to the agency requesting your background check. If the individual requesting your background check does not know the correct ORI#, they should inquire and confirm with their state regulatory agency.
What is an OCA #?
The OCA# is assigned by the DCF (Department of Children and Families) to individual DCF provider organizations. If you have been given an OCA# provide it, in addition to the mandatory ORI#, when registering for your background check.

ORI Numbers
ORI Numbers are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. It is the applicant’s responsibility to verify the correct ORI number with employer or agency to ensure results are sent to the correct location. ALL4TO LLC is not responsible for incorrect selection of ORI numbers.
